The Metro Acura Service Department has been servicing Acura clients in the Inland Empire since July 1st 1999, when it was established as part of the Great Metro Auto Group. …and that was in the late 1980s! Today’s technicians must be electronics and computer experts as well as great mechanics. Each technician at Metro Acura receives factory training and certification, and as a result our technicians have over 1400 days of cumulative training direct from Acura. This specialized training, combined with the continual updates we receive from Acura engineers, ensures that our technicians always have the most accurate and up-to-date information on how to service your vehicle efficiently and correctly. As an authorized Acura dealer, we are also required to purchase and use the best parts and equipment and maintain the latest computer software direct from the factory.
Each time your vehicle is brought in for service, we consult the Acura database to see if any product improvement programs are available and then perform the appropriate updates. An electronic and hard copy of detailed vehicle history is kept for all work that is done on your vehicle. With detailed records of all maintenance, factory updates, and other service performed, your vehicle will command the highest dollar available at time of resale. Also, while your vehicle is under the manufacturer’s warranty, Acura will reimburse the dealership for any repairs performed that are covered.
The employees in our dealership are trained to field your questions to our service department advisors, schedule your service appointments, and arrange for a shuttle ride or loaner vehicle while your vehicle is in the shop. Additionally, we have new model Acura vehicles that are available for our clients at no charge during their scheduled service appointments. While you wait, clients can enjoy our complimentary beverages, a comfortable waiting area with televisions and free high-speed wireless internet access. Upon completion of any service, we will always wash the exterior and vacuum the interior of your vehicle.
